For those of you who have competed in the past, please note a few things:​

We are NOT doing People's Choice this year, but are doing "Best in Show" so deck out your rigs!

You will turn your boxes into a table outside the judging door, they will be grabbed continuously to avoid the ribs cooling down.

Entry Fee:
$150.00 covers the cost of 10 Racks of Ribs, if you can cook more we would love it!
This competition sells out fast! We will open ticket sales at 2:45, and public tasting will start at 3:30 PM. Rib tickets will be sold for $2.00 per bone.
Ribs are St. Louis Style and will be provided to each team the morning of the contest.
